the onsite casual restaurant was perfect for a relaxing meal the evening before my early flight. i found the dinner offered onsite was both reasonable and good. i also appreciated the very comfortable bed ensuring i was rested for my travels the next day, and slept really well. the dining experience was NICE too.

the front desk staff was really kind!!! they helped me a lot and were super patient. i loved how clean the hotel was, it felt so fresh!!! the rooms were also really spacious and comfortable.
The hotel discontinued the shuttle service to the airport. it. the breakfast buffet seemed overpriced. I expected more for the cost. the temperature control in the room felt restricted. I couldn't adjust it to a comfortable level, and it got a bit chilly.

the location near the airport was really convenient. i could easily walk to the terminal in about 10 minutes.
I was pretty disappointed with the room temperature. It was uncomfortably warm. despite my complaints, the staff did nothing to adjust the thermostat. the tv was also tiny for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The reception staff helped weigh our bags multiple times during a busy check-in. They arranged a very early morning shuttle to the airport. The casual restaurant was great for a meal before my early flight.
The hairdryer in the bathroom worked intermittently, and it was not fixed or replaced, despite reporting it.
